Geoff Lee started blowing glass at the age of sixteen while attending Punahou School in Hawai’i.  He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and after graduation worked as a professional glassblower in Seattle, Ohio and Pennsylvania.  In 2000 Geoff returned to Hawaii and in 2003 received his Master in Fine Arts from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa.

His work is heavily influenced by his family, popular American culture and traditional Italian glassblowing techniques.

Currently, Geoff is opening Island Glassworks  in Kailua, HI.  It will be Honolulu’s only glassblowing studio open to the public.
