- A 25% deposit is required at the time of registration. The tuition balance is due at the start of class. Payment can be made by: check (made out to Island Glassworks, LLC and mailed to 171-A Hamakua Dr. Kailua HI 96734), credit card, or cash (in person only, please call before coming by the studio to ensure someone will be available to accept your payment.) - Students who cancel prior to one week before the start of class may transfer their deposit to a future class or receive a refund less a $5 processing fee. Students who cancel within 7 days of the beginning of class may transfer their deposit to a future class for a $10 fee, or receive a refund less a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be given after the first class.
- Island Glassworks, LLC reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum registration of 4 students is not met. Island Glassworks will attempt to notify students 2 days prior to the start of class if it is deemed necessary to cancel. In the event of a cancellation by Island Glassworks, students may transfer their deposit to a future class or receive a full refund.
- Classes are filled on a first come first serve basis. Once a class has filled, applicant's names will be placed on a waiting list in the order they are received and notified only in the case of a class opening.
*Island Glassworks LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who may be a danger to themselves or others while working in the studio. Alcohol, smoking and drug use is not permitted while working at Island Glassworks and students or renters who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol will forfeit their blow slots and be asked to leave the premises.
